HAFNER’s history dates back to 1929, when Joann\u00e8s Hafner, a watchmaker by profession, was forced to change professions for health reasons. He chose the pastry …<\/p>\n

Since then, we have been working every day to bring you ever tastier products. From Breton shortbread to sponge cakes, eclairs and babas, seeing you using our pastry products is a great success for us.<\/p>\n

Today, from our headquarters in Saint-Galmier – where everything began – to Canada, we manufacture a large range of pastry products in our different production facilities, offering gourmets a journey full of flavors.<\/p>\n
