Our production facilities
Hafner has four highly sophisticated and versatile production sites in France and Canada, which guarantee production efficiency and flexibility.
Along-side more than 80 years of experience in the profession of ready-to-fill pastry making, ongoing research and development at our production sites enables us to provide high quality made-to-order fresh and frozen products, meeting our customers’ individual requirements.

Our production lines
- Our Saint Barthélémy (Dordogne) production site has two fresh-food production lines, on which the babas (hollowed-out doughnut-shaped pastries), savarins (soft ‘Rum-baba’ style pastries) and choux pastry (light, profiterole-style pastries) are produced.
- The factory in Saint Galmier (Loire) has four production lines, which produce our classic sponge bases, our sponge almond layers, our sponge fingers, as well as our kits and fresh shortbread bases.
- The factory in Septeuil (Yvelines) has five production lines, which produce both fresh and frozen products, including choux pastry, shortbread biscuit or savory tart bases and babas.
- Our Canadian production facility in Beloeil has two production lines, which produce tart bases and sweet cups.
